Our Mission

This dental practice provides quality dentistry for people of all ages. We offer a wide range of dental services, including preventive dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry and reconstructive dentistry. We pride ourselves on our patient-centered practice. We do everything possible to make dental visits pleasant for our patients. We have earned the loyalty of our patients, many of whom have been with us since our inception in 1957 with Dr. Orville Boyle and continue with Dr. Sue Walker, who has continued the practice since 1995.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged a $25 fee. If there are further missed appointments or insufficient notice for cancellations, you may be dismissed as a patient.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. We will gladly bill your insurance as a courtesy; however, final responsibility for payment is the patient’s. We do our best to mediate with the insurance companies but their contract is with you—not our office. Faster results and more immediate answers to questions seem to be given when you contact your insurance company directly.
