Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. We accept most credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover) as well as debit cards, personal checks, cash and the CareCredit financing system. To help cover our costs we request that half of the total fee be paid at the time of service for all dental work being sent to an outside lab.

If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.

We are a preferred provider for ODS, Blue Cross and Secure Horizons. As an added convenience, we will gladly bill your insurance as a courtesy; however, final responsibility for payment is the patient’s. We do our best to mediate with the insurance companies but their contract is with you—not our office. Faster results and more immediate answers to questions seem to be given when you contact your insurance company directly.
